concrete after casting.

SYSTEM MAINTAINANCE & CLEANING

• Panels and Accessories of the system must be cleaned & checked before each use.
• After casting of the concreate, the residue of concreate on Panels & Accessories to be cleaned using cleaning machine & scalper.
• Before next pouring of the fresh concreate, the surface of the plywood on panels should be enrich with release agent.
• The thorough repairing should perform in the case of any dent, deformation or broken weld points.
• All Lifting & Clamping accessories must be working smoothly. If not, it’s should get repaired before getting used.
