Navneet Saraf
CEO
Navneet has been part of the Technocraft Group since 1998. He holds a Bachelor's Degree
in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester, UK and has also completed
the Owner President Management (OPM) Program at the Harvard Business School, USA. He
is also a member of the Young President's Organization (YPO), a global organization of
business leaders.
Apart from leading the diversification of the Group into value added scaffolding and
formwork business which is now a $80M+ business for Technocraft, Navneet also
spearheaded the Group's entry into the fast growing Engineering Services Outsourcing (ESO)
segment by establishing Technosoft Engineering Projects Ltd. Today, Technosoft employs
over 500 engineers with operations in India, USA, Canada,
UK and Germany.
Neeraj Modi
GENERAL MANAGER (WORKS)
Neeraj has been with Technocraft since 1989 and overseas the entire end to end order
processing from production planning, cost planning and estimation to order delivery. He is
also actively involved in recruiting and training factory staff to ensure availability of quality
manpower.
He is focused on ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction through fast order
turnaround and production with zero defects.
Deepak Mishra
CEO of Technocraft Extrusions Pvt. Ltd and Technocraft Formwork Pvt. Ltd.
Deepak has had two stints with Technocraft, one spanning 18 years from 1990 to 2008 and the second
one from 2015 to current. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Bhavans College, Ahmedabad
and a Post graduate Diploma in Materials Management from Indian Institute of Material Management.
He is responsible for overall operations of Technocraft’s manufacturing facilities at Chhatrapati
Sambhaji Nagar which comprises an aluminium Extrusion plant and a fabrication plant for its
aluminium formwork business.
Mudit Raniwala
Chief Product Officer (CPO)
Mudit has been with Technocraft since 2010. He holds Degree in Masters in Marketing Management
from M.E.T., Mumbai.
He has played a pivotal role in building and scaling key product lines, including Commercial Formwork,
Residential Formwork, Infrastructure Formwork, and U.S.A. Scaffolding Operations.
Mudit continues to play a crucial role in expanding Technocraft’s footprint in India and international
markets through a strong focus on product development, performance, and customer-driven solutions.
AMIT MUSADDY
Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)
Amit has been with Technocraft since 2021. He holds a Degree is Master of Commerce from Sydenham
College, (Mumbai University), is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has also completed his MBA from
Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.
As the CSO, he works closely with cross-functional teams to define strategies, optimize operational
efficiency and strengthen Technocraft’s competitive positioning. With a strong focus on scalability and
growth, he drives strategic partnerships and ensures alignment between business objectives and
execution across global operations.
